What You'll Do

• Design, configure, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions. Manage user setup, profiles, and roles to ensure efficient administration and support of our Salesforce environment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering processes, policies, configurations, and user guides.
• Create and manage validation rules and custom workflows to streamline operational processes.
• Conduct intermediate user testing by developing test plans, creating user test cases, and coordinating testing efforts.
• Perform regular audits to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
• Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases and AppExchange improvements to drive system enhancements.

Bonus (we'll teach if you don't have experience):

• Systems Management: Oversee administration and support for key systems including Salesforce, Jira, Okta, Zoom, and GSuite, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Helpdesk Support: Provide high-quality helpdesk support for hardware, software, and OS-related issues to maintain seamless business operations.
• Security & Compliance: Perform regular security and process audits to ensure compliance with SOC II and other relevant standards, safeguarding our digital assets.

What You'll Need

• Must have familiarity with Apex
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
• Working knowledge of dynamic dashboards and report builder
• Experience working in Lightning Apps, Process Automation, Integrations, Users (Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles), Fields, and Objects.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model
• Experience with Salesforce change management
• Excel in a collaborative environment; we work with Legal, Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, and product teams.
• Release & environment management (i.e.: deployments).
• Experience integrating with other business applications preferred
