Description
We are beginning an existing and rewarding business transformation initiative which will be a multi-year journey for everyone involved in the enterprise applications team. You will be crucial in helping business users adopt new technologies and enhanced business processes. Part of this transformation is the inclusion of Salesforce as a platform for Skyworks business processes. We need you to bring your enthusiasm in your role as Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities

  • Act as a global Architect & Developer across Skyworks' Salesforce ecosystem; responsibilities include but are not limited to user management, report/dashboard building, health & security of instances, non-production instance management, data migrations, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with BRM (Business Analysts), salesforce dev's/dmins to continuously maintain and improve Skyworks' Salesforce (and force. com-based) processes and frameworks.
  • Design, test & deploy key functionalities.
  • Configure data models & workflows for managed packages and various OOTB Salesforce objects
  • Lead & perform development, configuration & integration pipelines between SFDC and other systems (on-prem & cloud based).

Required Experience And Skills

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS/IT or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 10+ years of SFDC development & architect experience.
  • Core Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform developer, and/or App Builder) highly desired.
  • Required Experience with Web Services APIs, including SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API
  • Salesforce Security Models for OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
  • Strong development experience with VisualForce pages, Lightning components, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Process and Flow Builder, SOQL, SOSL.
  • Understanding of Azure DevOps or any other CI/CD framework.

Desired Experience And Skills

  • Experience administering Salesforce, CPQ and other managed packages
  • Experience with building Integration pipelines with other enterprise apps
  • Exposure to Microsoft technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, .NET, Azure)
