Job summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Fullstack and Middleware Development. The position requires no travel and operates during day shifts providing a balanced work-life environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions using Java Fullstack and Middleware technologies.

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business needs.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Java Fullstack development with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Middleware Development with the ability to design and implement robust solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Show proficiency in project management methodologies ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
