Manager - Operations & Strategy

Operations & Administration
· Oversee day-to-day operations across Admin, HR, and Finance functions.
· Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and compliance.
· Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and process improvements across entities.
Business Development & Marketing
· Support business development through client research, lead generation, and proposal preparation.
· Represent the firm in meetings, networking events, and industry forums as required.
· Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns, digital presence, and brand-building initiatives.
· Develop presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to showcase the firm's services.
Strategic Support
· Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide insights for management decision-making.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to support business growth.
· Contribute to strategy discussions and execution of cross-entity projects.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
· Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Handle client queries, coordinate deliverables, and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
· Build and strengthen long-term business relationships.
Travel & Representation
· Travel on behalf of the firm for client meetings, conferences, business development, and operational requirements.
· Act as a representative of the management in external forums and collaborations.
Technology & Reporting
· Use MS Excel, reporting tools, and IT platforms for data analysis, MIS preparation, and dashboard management.
· Support automation initiatives and adoption of technology in business processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
