Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Zoho Developer with 4+ years of proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing customized Zoho solutions. The ideal candidate will not only be technically strong but also capable of engaging with clients to gather requirements, translating business needs into solutions, and working with the internal team to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with clients to understand business requirements, pain points, and objectives.
  • Translate requirements into effective Zoho solutions covering Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho suite applications.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design, development, customization, and implementation.
  • Design and deploy workflows, automation, blueprints, and custom Deluge scripts tailored to client needs.
  • Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms through APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors.
  • Guide and collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Optimize Zoho systems for performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system challenges.
  • Stay updated with Zoho product updates, new features, and best practices; guide the team accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho development and customization.
  • Strong command of Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho One, etc.
  • Experience in client-facing roles requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation discussions.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Zoho Analytics and Zoho Reports.
  • Exposure to business process automation and ERP solutions.
  • Certification in Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator.
