  • Performance Management:
  • Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the team.
  • Review and analyze team performance, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with senior management and HR to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication within the team and with cross-functional departments.
