- Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for your team – from job postings and screening candidates to conducting interviews.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and identify future hiring needs.
- Work closely with HR to ensure the team is equipped with the right skills and resources.
- Performance Management:
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the team.
- Review and analyze team performance, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with senior management and HR to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Ensure clear and transparent communication within the team and with cross-functional departments.
