Your Role
Total Experience: 14-16 Years Only
Location: Mumbai and Bangalore only.
Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple ADM projects (Custom Build Applications – C&CA) ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
  • Oversee resource utilization, team allocation, hiring, and attrition management.
  • Drive ITIL-based service delivery processes and global delivery coordination.
  • Mentor junior team members, build CoE knowledge, and foster innovation and delivery acceleration.
  • Optimize and automate demand and delivery processes for cost-effective operations.

Your Profile

  • EM Level 1 certification and ITIL knowledge/certification (mandatory).
  • 10–15+ years in Applications Delivery & Maintenance with multi-project handling experience.
  • Strong expertise in SLA/KPI management, financials, and stakeholder engagement.
  • OSS Telecom domain experience and ability to manage global/regional stakeholders.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification (preferred) with proven leadership and team management skills.
