As a Trainee Engineer, you will undergo comprehensive training and hands-on experience to develop the necessary skills and knowledge required to succeed in the field of engineering. You will work closely with experienced engineers, learning various aspects of the engineering process and gaining practical insights into engineering principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development: Engage in a structured training program designed to enhance technical skills and understanding of engineering concepts.

Assistance in Projects: Collaborate with senior engineers to support ongoing projects, assisting in design, analysis, testing, and implementation phases.

Problem-solving: Analyze technical issues, propose solutions, and participate in troubleshooting exercises under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document findings and solutions in compliance with company standards.

Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices in the field of engineering.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in technical tools and software relevant to the field of engineering
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Training and Development: The Trainee Engineer will receive mentorship and structured training sessions covering various engineering disciplines, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical or software engineering. The training program aims to provide a well-rounded understanding of fundamental engineering principles while nurturing individual skills and interests.
