Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will support quality control processes and assist in ensuring that our products and services meet established standards and customer expectations. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or professionals beginning their career in quality engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of quality assurance procedures and test plans.
  • Support inspection and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Document test results, defects, and quality issues accurately and clearly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and product development.
  • Help investigate quality problems and assist in identifying root causes.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of QA documentation and processes.
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulations.
  • Participate in audits and support corrective/preventive action implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic data analysis tools; exposure to QA software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
