Job Description – PDF Editor

Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi

Company: WTE Books Pvt. Ltd.

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PDF Editor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for editing, formatting, and finalizing PDF documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and format PDF files as per company requirements.
  • Make corrections in text, layout, and design of documents.
  • Ensure all documents are aligned with company standards.
  • Perform proofreading to avoid grammatical, formatting, or typographical errors.
  • Convert files (Word, Excel, InDesign, etc.) into PDFs.
  • Support other departments with document preparation.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in PDF editing software (Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in editing.
  • Good time management to meet deadlines.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Certificate course in PDF Editing / DTP / Document Designing will be an added advantage.
  • Fresher or 6 months+ experience in a similar role.

Work Details

  • Job Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi
  • Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
