**Job Description - Proofreader / Quality Checker**

**Location**: Mohan Estate, New Delhi
**Company**: WTE Books Pvt. Ltd.
**Salary**: ₹18,000 per month

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proofread and review content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.
- Check documents for consistency in style, tone, and structure.
- Verify facts, references, and data accuracy where required.
- Ensure that all documents meet company quality standards.
- Collaborate with content writers, editors, and designers for error-free final output.
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements for better clarity and readability.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong command over **English language** (grammar, spelling, and punctuation).
- Keen attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Familiarity with **proofreading symbols and practices**.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office, PDF tools**.
- Time management skills to meet strict deadlines.

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum Graduate (English / Arts / Communication preferred).
- Certificate course in **Editing / Proofreading** is an advantage.
- Fresher or 6 months+ experience in proofreading or quality checking.

**Work Details**
- **Job Location**: Mohan Estate, New Delhi
- **Working Days**: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
- **Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Salary**: ₹18,000 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
