Duties of Proof Reader:

- There will be one report submitted by the auditor after the audit. You need to go through each of them and add more details, highlighting any recurring themes, which may be either positive or negative.
- All reports need to be validated/corrected within a span of 1 day.
- All reports are interlinked and The Evaluation Validator will be required to make the appropriate recommendations and suggestions.
- The Evaluation Validator will be required to contact the Experience Specialist to corroborate and validate any analysis and observations, as required.
- All reports will include online reports, as well as offline reports, in MS Office formats.

Other requirements

Self-Motivation:
Evaluation Validators must be highly self-motivated and show initiative. Being an Evaluator Validator may be a little exhausting, and only a highly engaged person can deliver the detailed observations and reports required for a successful assignment.

Good, Clear Writing Skills: Excellent skills in this area are a must. Please read as much as you can and practice your writing skills. Narratives will require detailed observations that are meaningful and make sense. You may be asked to submit writing samples before you are given an assignment.

Being Computer-Savvy: A familiarity with a standard word-processing program is especially important for writing and submitting your reports. Any other familiarity with MS Power-point or MS Excel are more than welcome.

Familiarity with Customer Concerns: You should be able to differentiate good service from mediocre and bad service. Research your assignment on social media, be aware of the bottlenecks and issues or recurring complaints. Evaluation Validators will benefit from a comprehensive understanding of the customer service at a client property.

A Keen Eye: The best Evaluation Validator notices the fine points of a product or service. You should be able to link details that the Experience Specialist may not have considered. Any recommendations or suggestions may be based on actual data or on the basis of improving guest feedback scores.
