Job Description – Proofreader / Quality Checker

Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Proofreader / Quality Checker to ensure accuracy and consistency in our written content and documents. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality across all materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Proofread and review content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.
• Check documents for consistency in style, tone, and structure.
• Verify facts, references, and data accuracy where required.
• Ensure that all documents meet company quality standards.
• Collaborate with content writers, editors, and designers for error-free final output.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements for better clarity and readability.

Required Skills

• Strong command over English language (grammar, spelling, and punctuation).
• Keen attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Familiarity with proofreading symbols and practices.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, PDF tools.
• Time management skills to meet strict deadlines.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Graduate (English / Arts / Communication preferred).
• Certificate course in Editing / Proofreading is an advantage.
• Fresher or 6 months+ experience in proofreading or quality checking.

Work Details

• Job Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi
• Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
