and are looking for a dynamic
Business Development Executive
who can build strong international client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in
    UAE and USA markets
    .
  • Pitch and promote our
    custom software development services
    , including web apps, mobile apps, SaaS solutions, CRM, ERP, automation tools, and more.
  • Conduct market research to understand client pain points, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, founders, and department heads.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and solution overviews to international clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for scoping, pricing, and project feasibility.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Attend virtual events, networking sessions, and industry webinars relevant to the UAE & USA regions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the
    IT services / software development
    domain.
  • Proven experience dealing with
    international clients
    (preferably UAE or USA).
  • Excellent communication skills with a
    neutral or international accent
    .
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, SDLC, and tech services.
  • Ability to assess client needs and convert them into solution-driven proposals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
