We're now looking for an HR Intern to join us and support our recruitment process while learning the ins and outs of Talent Acquisition.

Role Overview:

As an HR Intern, you'll work closely with our HR lead and learn how to identify, engage, and onboard the right talent. This internship is designed for students and fresh graduates who want to kickstart a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' communication and interest.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain candidate database and track application status.
  • Support in drafting JDs and posting openings on relevant platforms.
  • Contribute to ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
