Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and experienced individuals for the role of Teammate in our International Voice Process. If you have at least 3 months of experience handling international customers and are passionate about delivering world-class service, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with international customers via inbound and/or outbound voice calls.
  • Resolve customer issues, queries, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Achieve performance targets in areas such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO/Call Center).
  • Strong command of spoken English and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational schedules.
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
