Job description

At Kine Sanctuary Foods, we're on a mission to take Dry Gravy – our innovative Ready-to-Cook Indian curry base – to households across India and beyond. As we expand, we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and help us scale our brand presence, campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator, based in Jaipur, Civil Lines. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for communication, social media, event planning, writing, and campaign management. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, tracking & reporting, managing projects, writing promotional content, and enhancing communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Content – Manage content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook. Create engaging content and edits (reels, shorts, posts, videos) and support with ad creatives.
  • Influencer & Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and optimize influencer collaborations and campaigns for awareness, conversions & growth.
  • Website, SEO & E-Commerce – Optimize website SEO, manage Shopify store (uploads, offers, discounts, coupons, order management).
  • Research & Insights – Conduct keyword research, analyze organic orders, study Instagram trends & algorithms to maximize reach.
  • Performance Marketing – Manage Google, YouTube, and Meta Ads. Track ROI, test creatives, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Trackers & Analytics – Maintain influencer activity trackers, analyze media & website performance, optimize Meta Ads, and track daily/weekly orders & inventory
  • Generating B2B leads : Identifying & generating leads for Dry Gravy through research, outreach, and relationship building. Connecting with potential distributors, caterers, corporates, and institutional clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
