We are hiring Sr. Talent Acquisition

Work location: Mumbai

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Recruitment

Proficient in English

Experience:

Demonstrable experience in Volume hiring

Handling volume of at least 50 joiners a month

Familiarity with online job hunting websites

Effective negotiating skills

Good knowledge of ATS and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles, Optometrist & Store managers.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system
  • Conduct Campus Drive, Walk-in drive
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Travel when necessary (up to 40%)
  • Ensure timely and quality hiring under pressure
  • Strong stakeholder management to ensure hiring targets are met
