Role Snapshot:

Lead lastmile hub operations, including rider resource planning, backup manpower readiness, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rider & Backup Manpower Management: Train, conduct huddles, monitor performance, manage attendance and attrition, handle escalations (payouts, customer issues, fraud), and ensure backup rider availability for uninterrupted operations rozgarle.comJoblumApna.
  • LastMile & Operational Oversight: Manage shipment reconciliation, pendency clearance, KPIs (OFD, COD, DSR, FIFO, etc.), and ontime deliveries (e.g., D0, D1, D2) rozgarle.comJoblum.
  • Process & Layout Management: Implement 5S in hub layout, enforce FIFO zones, handle cash and inventory audits, and resolve escalations swiftly
