**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a last-mile supervisor in the E-commerce/Logistics/3PL industry, familiar with route planning.

Qualification:

- Should be a graduate.

Notice period required:

- Immediate/10-15 days.

**Job Description**:
1. Execute operational plans according to the route planning.
2. DH alignment.
3. Roster planning.
4. Communication with stakeholders.
5. Leading and supervising the LM team.
6. Ensuring goods are crossed in a timely manner.
7. Ensure timely dispatch of vehicles.
8. Reconciliation of goods.
9. Segregation of returns.
10. Performance reports.
11. Route planning.
12. Follow up with DH for deliveries and customer queries.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
