Wordsmith Learning Hub, Singapore registered company is a leading education provider, Book Publisher and coaching centre committed to providing quality education to students. We are currently seeking a passionate Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in various digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Incharge of do innovative/appealing Post in Canva/PSD/CoralDraw for Facebook & Instagram Posts/Creatives and help in all Digital marketing related tasks

·      Have to be proficient in Canva for doing Posters, Video editing work (Mandatory)

·      Creation/maintenance of Blogs and help in editing videos and doing promo for all wordsmith products through online marketing

·      Any experience with photo/video editing tools, WordPress website maintenance, FB Ads manager & content writing, YouTube management is a plus

·      Assist in the planning and execution of events, both online and offline, to promote all products under Wordsmith Umbrella

·      Conduct market research and gather insights on the target audience, competition, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies (training provided)

·      Brainstorm ideas and create impactful creative effective content along with scheduling post and manage social media queries Wordsmith Sigaram and other related tasks

·      Research and stay up-to-date on the current & new marketing trends and technical elements that can be incorporated in the education industry

·       Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks. (Position like: Telesales, Product Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Video Editor, Teachers, Curriculum Writers etc etc)

·       Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

·       Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

·      Adhoc duties as and when required

Requirements:


• Passionate about marketing and possess a strong willingness to learn and grow independently


• Able to commit to a full-time internship (5 days or 6 days/week - salary differs)


• Driven & enjoy working in a close-knit, fast-paced environment


• Tech-savvy and able to maneuver around technical systems, willing to pick up new technical skills


• Organized, disciplined and have strong attention to detail


• Comfortable working with and analyzing data


• We are looking for full time intern who has completed degree or last part of semester


• Communication in Tamil is preferable (Read, Write & Speak) for Design & Video Editing
