Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Loan and Overdraft Process Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing loan and overdraft applications, optimizing business processes, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves delivering training sessions to team members and collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
