6 Days a Week

Shifts:

  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
  • 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Interview Mode: Virtual/In-Person Only

Your Role: Admission Counsellor

Be the voice that inspires and guides professionals towards their educational goals while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert leads into sales opportunities through effective communication
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch products/services with confidence
  • Conduct engaging product demos highlighting features and benefits
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, maximizing revenue
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Address customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly
  • Update CRM systems with detailed customer interactions and sales progress

  • Strong product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
