Soft Skills:

- **Communication**:Excellent verbal communication is essential for conveying information clearly and empathetically. This includes understanding and responding appropriately to the client's needs and concerns.
- **Active Listening**:Telecounselors must be able to attentively listen to clients, paying close attention to both verbal and nonverbal cues.
- **Empathy**:The ability to understand and share the feelings of others is crucial for building rapport and trust with clients.
- **Patience and Calmness**:Telecounselors need to remain calm and patient, even when dealing with difficult or emotional situations.
- **Problem-Solving**:They may need to troubleshoot technical issues or find creative solutions to client problems.
- **Flexibility**:Telecounselors must be able to adapt their approach to suit individual client needs and circumstances.
- **Non-Judgmental Attitude**:Creating a safe and supportive environment for clients is crucial, and this requires a non-judgmental attitude.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:The ability to build rapport and connect with clients is essential for successful counseling.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
