**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide academic counseling to students and assist them in making informed decisions about their education and career paths.
- Address queries related to courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- **Career Guidance**:

- Offer career guidance to students, helping them align their academic choices with their long-term career goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands.
- **Admission Assistance**:

- Coordinate with admission departments to streamline the enrollment process.
- **Course Information**:

- Have in-depth knowledge about the courses offered by the institution.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of various programs to prospective students.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and other relevant information.
- Prepare and submit reports on counseling activities as required.
- **Follow-up**:

- Conduct follow-up sessions with students to track their progress and address any concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships with students to enhance their overall experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an Academic Counselor.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admission processes, and career development.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
