**Job Description: Academic Counselor**

**Location**: Okhla Phase 1
**Industry**: EdTech (Domestic)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective students and their families to understand their educational needs.
- Provide detailed information about the company’s courses and programs, guiding them toward suitable options.
- Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Address queries and concerns to ensure a seamless counseling experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Graduate degree (mandatory)**:

- Experience in **EdTech**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Prior experience in academic counseling or educational sales is a plus.
