We're seeking a proactive and data-savvy individual to bolster our marketing team. This role focuses on the operational aspects of our marketing campaigns, from email and social media deployment to web campaign setup. Your Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate marketing campaign launches across channels like email, social media, and web.
  • Configure and manage campaigns on various marketing platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage email deployment and segmentation using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Brevo, or similar.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, set timelines, allocate resources, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Translate KPI trends and campaign outcomes into actionable insights for strategic business decisions.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a marketing operations, digital marketing, or similar role.
  • Practical experience in deploying and setting up marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (email, social, web).
  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Brevo.
  • A strong grasp of marketing campaign performance and the ability to interpret data.
  • Keen attention to detail and a robust approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
