Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee our digital presence and enhance brand engagement for our medical devices supply company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SEO, creating and scheduling social media content, designing marketing newsletters, managing and developing B2B platforms and implementing strategies to grow our online audience.

Key responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, infographics, blogs, newsletters) across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor, track and develop B2B marketing platforms
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to refine social media campaigns.

2.    Campaign & Marketing Strategy

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels (ATL & BTL).
  • Create cohesive brand strategies for domestic and international markets.
  • Execute product launches, including promotional material design and cross-platform marketing efforts.

3. SEO & Content Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website and content visibility.
  • Work on company website to enhance its visibility and reach on a global stage
  • Optimize social media profiles, website content, and blog posts for search engines.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly material.

4. Email Marketing & Newsletters:

  • Design and distribute engaging email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ZOHO etc and newsletters to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Segment email lists for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions to refine strategies.

5. Digital Advertising (Optional):

  • Assist in managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Engage in Videos, photography related tasks to improve the advertising for the organization at a global scale

6.     Events & Conferences

  • Plan and manage webinars, podcasts, and virtual events.
  • Research and participate in industry conferences and exhibitions for brand visibility.

7. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate monthly reports on social media, SEO, and email marketing performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve digital marketing efforts

Candidate requirements:

  • 1-3 Years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
  • Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to industry trends.
  • Basic understanding of medical/healthcare terminology (preferred but not mandatory)
