If sourcing on LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Slack, and crafting advanced Boolean strings is your superpower — this opportunity is for you You will play a critical role in identifying top IT talent, building talent pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring teams to meet business hiring goals. Key Responsibilities Source & engage potential IT candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack, job portals, referrals & networks. Build strong pipelines for niche IT skills. Use Boolean, X -Ray search & social sourcing to find passive talent. Maintain structured candidate databases & records. Re -engage past applicants for current roles. Promote employer brand on social platforms. Coordinate with internal teams for immediate hiring needs.Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in IT sourcing / technical recruiting. Excellent understanding of sourcing strategies & talent mapping. Expertise in Boolean search, job portals & social platforms. Ability to pitch roles effectively & engage passive candidates. Strong communication & time -management skills.
