  1. Operational Management:

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the mall to ensure smooth functioning.

* Manage and supervise mall maintenance, security, housekeeping, and other service operations.

* Ensure the mall adheres to health, safety, fire, and legal regulations.

* Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, security, cleaning, and other services.

* Manage tenant relations, address tenant complaints, and ensure their needs are met & CAM

collection, etc.

* Conduct monthly feedback process from retailers and visitors.

* Monitoring credit control process on Rental, CAM & utility charges in coordination

with accounts team. Updating management on critical issues.

  1. Team Management:

* Lead and manage a team of operational staff, including security, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel.

* Conduct regular training and performance reviews to enhance team productivity.

* Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.

  1. Facility Management:

* Coordinate and monitor the repair and maintenance of mall facilities (e.g., elevators, escalators, lighting, HVAC systems).

* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all public areas.

* Ensure proper functioning of amenities such as restrooms, parking areas, and public spaces.

  1. Event Management:

* Execute mall events, promotions, and campaigns, etc.

* Coordinate with marketing teams to align events with promotional activities.

  1. MIS:

* Provide regular reports to upper management on operational performance, customer feedback, and tenant relations.

* Analyse foot traffic, sales, and other performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

* Handling guest grievances / feedback through Helpdesk & feedback collection.
