Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for an experienced Admin Manager. The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of daily administrative operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency. The role involves maintaining facilities, coordinating with different departments, handling budgets, and ensuring the proper functioning of administrative systems. The Admin Manager will also assist in developing administrative strategies to support organizational objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Administrative and organizational skills, including leadership, planning, and time management abilities
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and aptitude for managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in office software, budgeting, and report preparation
- Experience in educational administration or similar roles is an advantage
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Adaptability, initiative, and ability to work collaboratively to address challenges and implement improvements
