Human Resource Recruiter Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated HR Interns who want to start their career in Human Resources. This internship gives hands-on exposure to corporate recruitment, candidate engagement, and HR operations, making it ideal for freshers with a passion for HR.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates as per job requirements.
- Source relevant profiles from Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job platforms.
- Shortlist candidates and maintain daily/weekly hiring trackers.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to candidates.
- Follow up with applicants to ensure timely feedback and smooth hiring flow.
- Work with the HR team to support end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Achieve daily/weekly sourcing and screening targets.
- Participate in team meetings and complete assigned tasks regularly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Good discipline, time management, and professional behavior.
