 Junior Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a 
Junior Salesforce Developer
 with 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both declarative and programmatic Salesforce development, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Perform enhancements, feature development, and bug fixes in Salesforce applications.
  • Manage production data updates, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Configure and generate reports and dashboards in production to support business requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and end-users, providing clear communication and documentation.
  • Work independently during 
    US daytime hours (~5:30 / 6:00 PM IST onwards)
     to support client operations.

Required Skills:

  • Salesforce development & administration (Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Triggers).
  • Good understanding of Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with production support and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
  • Exposure to data migration and data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.
