POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer who is highly proficient in configuring Salesforce using out-of-the-box functionality and has a strong understanding of development principles. While deep coding expertise is not required, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to collaborate on technical solutions and contribute to development efforts when needed. This role involves regular interaction with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to data cleanliness are essential, as is the ability to maintain and optimize system integrity across multiple business processes. Experience with integration solutions involving SAP, IBP (Integrated Business Planning), and Model N is highly desirable, as the role may include supporting or enhancing data flows between Salesforce and these platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and automation using standard tools.
• Design and optimize workflows using Flow, Process Builder, and other automation tools to streamline operations.
• Partner with Sales Operations and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate complex business processes into efficient Salesforce implementations.
• Manage and prioritize rapid change requests in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
• Continuously improve system usability and performance based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
• Lead data audits, deduplication efforts, and enforce governance practices to ensure data cleanliness.
• Analyze and clean existing Salesforce data to support reporting and operational accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT and external partners to support and enhance data flows between Salesforce and platforms such as SAP, IBP, and Model N.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Works in a standard office environment and uses general office equipment (phone, PC, copier, scanner, etc.).

EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Admin/Developer hybrid
• Proven ability to configure Salesforce using standard tools (Objects, Page Layouts, Flows, Validation Rules)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools including Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes
• Experience with data loading, migrations, and integrations using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or third-party ETL platforms
• Proficiency in Apex programming for triggers, classes, and batch jobs
• Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
• Familiarity with Visualforce pages and custom UI development
• Ability to design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with external systems
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX and version control practices (e.g., Git)

Desirable:

• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and/or Platform App Builder certification
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products
• Familiarity with integration solutions involving SAP, IBP, and Model N
• Understanding of asynchronous processing (Queueable, Batch Apex, Future methods)
• Experience with platform events, custom metadata types, and dynamic Apex
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

EDUCATION:

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Desired:

• Completion of Salesforce training programs or bootcamps focused on configuration and development.
• Ongoing professional development in CRM systems, data management, or enterprise integrations
