Role Summary

Responsible for handling
end-to-end recruitment
– from understanding hiring needs, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to final offer and client onboarding. The role requires strong stakeholder management, timely closures, and building a good candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Partner with business/hiring managers to understand requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure smooth process.
  • Handle offer negotiations and ensure candidate joining within timelines.
  • Maintain and track recruitment MIS/reports.
  • Guide and support a team of recruiters (for DM level).

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment process.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in volume and niche hiring.
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and ATS tools.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred).
  • AM/DM:
    5–8 years of recruitment experience.
