Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer queries over calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Document interactions and follow-ups accurately in internal systems
  • Provide product information using prepared scripts
  • Manage escalations and ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Meet call quality, resolution, and service benchmarks

What You'll Need

  • Graduate in any discipline (full-time or part-time)
  • 0–3 years of experience in BPO or customer service roles
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle irate customers
  • Familiarity with basic computer tools and CRM systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13, ₹18,500.00 per month
