About the Role:-

We are looking for a
Paid Media Specialist
who is passionate about performance marketing and skilled in running
high-converting campaigns for D2C brands across Google and Meta Ads
. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of
driving sales to websites
, generating measurable ROI, and
increasing company profitability
through data-driven campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Plan, launch, and manage
    paid media campaigns
    across
    Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
    and
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    .
  • Focus on
    driving sales, leads, and conversions
    that directly impact business profitability.
  • Conduct
    audience research
    , set up targeting strategies, and optimize bidding to
    maximize ROAS
    .
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns regularly to achieve
    KPIs
    like Revenue, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and web teams to ensure
    ad creatives and landing pages
    are optimized for conversions.
  • Implement and manage
    conversion tracking
    using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to measure user journeys and funnel performance.
  • Prepare
    performance reports
    with actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
  • Stay updated with
    paid media trends
    , new ad formats, and best practices across platforms.

Requirements:-

  • 2+ years of
    hands-on experience
    managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns,
    mandatorily for D2C brands
    .
  • Previous work experience as a
    digital marketer handling D2C brands in an advertising/marketing agency
  • Proven success in
    driving profitable sales to websites
    and achieving high ROAS.
  • Strong understanding of
    conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and sales funnels
    .
  • Experience with
    e-commerce and/or lead generation
    campaigns.
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Meta Business Manager
    .
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
