Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Chennai. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, maintaining positive relationships with channel partners, and ensuring seamless sales operations. The role involves providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and expanding the customer base. Additionally, the Sales Officer will collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement effective strategies to boost revenue and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, building and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying potential customers for sales growth.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge and experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales to manage tasks like inventory, distribution, and partner relations efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets within deadlines.
- High degree of organizational and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Industry experience or exposure to the health, wellness, and medical devices sector is an added advantage.
