Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for generating and
qualifying leads, setting appointments, and driving the early stages of the sales process. Your efforts will directly impact
our growth and success by expanding our client base and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling,
emailing, and social media engagement.
Qualification:
Assess and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria to ensure a good fit for our managed
services and staffing solutions.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the
CRM system.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify potential markets, industry trends, and key decision-makers.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure
alignment with overall business goals.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance metrics.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the managed
services or staffing industry.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- End to End Sales experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
