About the role

Rebel Foods UAE is looking for a hands-on Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day content, community, and reporting for some of our fastest-growing brands.

This is not just another social role, you'll be creating for diverse audiences across the UAE, from health-conscious Western and European customers of The 500 Calorie Project, to Arab expats exploring new food experiences, to desi expats who feel at home with Mandarin Oak and Faasos.

Working from our Mumbai office, you'll collaborate closely with UAE clients and partners, bringing creativity, cultural insight, and fresh digital storytelling to life for brands that span health, indulgence, and global taste buds.

What you'll do

• Own the social calendars for UAE brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts.
• Write on‑brand, conversion‑minded copy with clear CTAs for posts, Stories, Reels, and short‑form video.
• Brief designers/editors; manage asset pipelines; maintain version control for EN/AR variations when needed.
• Community management: respond to comments/DMs within agreed SLAs; escalate issues; enforce brand voice and social care guidelines.
• Influencer/KOL support: shortlist creators in the UAE, coordinate outreach, gifting/whitelisting, track deliverables, and measure outcomes.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders efficiently, collaborating with cross-functional teams and brand partners to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and timely delivery.
• Social listening & competitive benchmarking; surface insights and content opportunities tailored to the GCC context
• Reporting: weekly/monthly dashboards with actionable insights—engagement rate, reach, video retention, CTR, follower growth, sentiment; propose tests and next steps.
• Leverage AI tools for content ideation, caption suggestions, trend spotting, reporting efficiency, and workflow automation—while ensuring outputs are always human-reviewed and on-brand.

What you'll bring (must‑haves)

• 2–3 years
  of hands-on social media experience for consumer/lifestyle/e‑commerce brands.
• Proven execution on Instagram; Facebook, YouTube Shorts; working knowledge of Snapchat a plus.
• Strong copywriting and editing in English
• Tools: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, native analytics; Canva/Adobe basics; Sproutsocial for reporting.
• Clear stakeholder communication, on‑time delivery, and ownership in a fast‑moving client environment.
• AI adaptability: comfort with using and experimenting on AI tools (ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) to speed up ideation, captions, design drafts, and reporting—paired with critical thinking to refine and humanize the output.
