Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Experience: 2 - 6 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on day-to-day matters, contracts, and compliance.
  • Draft, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
  • Represent the organization/clients in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums.
  • Handle civil, criminal, property, corporate, and statutory matters as required.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Liaise with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and external counsel.
  • Manage dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation.
  • Maintain legal records, case files, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • LLB/LLM degree from a recognized university.
  • Enrollment with the Bar Council and eligibility to practice law.
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, drafting, and litigation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases.
  • Research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2- 6 years of experience in legal practice (litigation / corporate / real estate / criminal / civil as per requirement).
  • Experience in handling [property disputes, contracts, real estate matters, corporate compliance] (customize as needed).

Compensation:

  • As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience.
