Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Litigation Paralegal located in Hyderabad. The role involves preparing legal documents, reviewing documents, conducting legal research, and preparing pleadings and motions. Daily tasks include assisting attorneys with case management, drafting court filings, managing case calendars, and organizing case files. The Litigation Paralegal will also be responsible for maintaining communication with clients and court officials.
Qualifications
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Proficiency in Legal Research
- Experience in preparing Pleadings and Motions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Paralegal certification or related qualifications is a plus
- Experience in criminal law and matrimonial disputes is advantageous
