Role Overview

KGDC Enterprises LLP is expanding its residential solar business under the PM Surya Ghar Yojna across Odisha.

We are hiring Territory Managers to lead solar rooftop sales operations in Northern and Western Odisha. This role is ideal for professionals from Telecom, Fintech, FMCG, Banking, Finance, or Insurance sectors who have handled field teams, driven BTL marketing campaigns, and worked in target-based environments.

You will build and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs), plan canopy and door-to-door campaigns, and ensure consistent sales conversion while promoting clean-energy adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage district-level Field Sales Executives (FSEs) in coordination with management.
  • Plan and supervise canopy, market, and door-to-door awareness activities.
  • Achieve monthly residential solar booking targets under PM Surya Ghar Yojna.
  • Conduct daily field visits and team reviews; monitor lead conversion progress.
  • Coordinate with telecalling, finance, and installation teams for customer closure.
  • Build strong local partnerships with panchayats, RWAs, and influencers.
  • Identify and groom top-performing FSEs for promotion to District Sales Leader roles.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years experience in field sales or team leadership roles from Telecom, Fintech, FMCG, Banking, Finance, or Insurance sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage field teams and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong local connect and understanding of semi-urban / rural markets.
  • Excellent communication in Odia and Hindi (English preferred).
  • Willing to travel extensively across assigned districts.
  • Candidates based in Northern or Western Odisha preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Pay: 25,000 30,000 per month (based on experience & location).
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 100% of fixed pay (linked to sales and team performance).
  • Reimbursements: Travel and mobile as per company norms.
