Job Title: Lubricants Executive / Lubricant Sales Executive / Lubricants Operations Executive
Location: Ranchi , Jharkhand
Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Experience Level: Mid to Senior (for example, 3–4 years)
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong technical understanding of lubricants, their properties, and applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the defined territory (field visits).
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role (sales / operations ), responsibilities may include:
- Knowledge and Drive sales of lubricant products (Lubricants , 2WH /3 WH engine oils, greases, specialty fluids)
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, OEMs, and end‑users (industries, fleets, workshops).
- Achieve monthly/quarterly / annual sales targets and manage sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and ensure timely collections and minimization of bad debts.
- Coordinate with supply chain, and operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide technical support / product knowledge to customers; understand lubricant specifications, formulations, and suitable applications.
- Conduct market research: competitor analysis, customer feedback, local trends.
