Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Operations Manager based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall operations of various restaurant projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments, managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, overseeing supply chain and inventory, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role also involves analyzing performance data and contributing to strategic decision-making to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Operations Management and Strategic Management skills
  • Experience in F&B consulting and menu development
  • Excellent staff management and training abilities
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control
  • Proficiency in health and safety regulations within the hospitality sector
  • Analytical skills for performance data evaluation and decision-making
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is highly desirable
  • Relevant education in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage
