Sales & Marketing Intern – ElevatED. Smart Learning

Location: Kesavadasapuram, Trivandrum

Job Type: Internship (3–6 months)

Stipend/Salary: First month – No fixed stipend. Performance-based salary/incentives from Month 2 onwards.

  • Role Overview

    We are looking for dynamic, target-driven Sales & Marketing Interns who are eager to learn, experiment, and deliver measurable results. This internship we are giving you a project for 3 months for Branding & Sales. It offers hands-on exposure to sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and on-ground activations, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and partnerships with schools/colleges
  • Engage with prospective students and parents to promote ElevatED.'s programs
  • Support in organizing events, workshops, and promotional activities
  • Track performance metrics and report outcomes to the management team

  • Collaborate with senior mentors to refine sales pitches and marketing strategies

  • Who You Are

  • MBA student or graduate (Sales/Marketing specialization preferred)
  • Energetic, persuasive, and confident communicator
  • Passionate about education and student success
  • Comfortable with digital tools, social media, and CRM systems

  • Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in teams
