Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Experience Curator, located in Mumbai. The Guest Experience Curator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium shopping experience, and building lasting relationships with clients. The role involves assisting customers with personalized consultations, product recommendations, and creating a welcoming store environment aligned with KALKI's brand standards. Responsibilities also include addressing customer inquiries, managing appointments, coordinating with team members to deliver superior service, and contributing innovative ideas to improve the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to understand customer preferences and provide thoughtful recommendations
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage appointments and multiple client interactions
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns effectively and professionally
  • An understanding of Indian ethnic and fusion fashion trends, and an appreciation for design aesthetics and styling
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with retail software and tools is an added advantage
  • Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional guest experience
