Job Description:

Job role & responsibility :-

1.Advise to team regarding all Contractual matters including potential Claims in the project; Monitoring the incoming and outgoing correspondence list and to ensure that all contractually important letters are replied in time.

2. Keep a regular watch on possible claims. Identifying, informing, quantifying, generating records for the same and ensure their fructification.

3.Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters.

4. Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
5.Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
6.Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate.

7. Finalization of contracts for High rise buildings

  1. Vendor Evaluation & Selection,
  2. Calculate the effectiveness of the Contract
  3. Making Company friendly contracts using the PBPC Model (Performance Based Productivity Contracts)
  4. Analysing the Project scheduling while finalization of contractor to ensure 100% quality and safety parameters as per selection criteria
