Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Physiotherapist to join our wellness team. You will be responsible for assessing client health, designing personalized wellness programs, and guiding clients through effective fitness and rehabilitation strategies—primarily focused on fat loss, muscle toning, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical condition, mobility, and fitness levels.
  • Develop customized wellness and weight loss programs.
  • Guide clients through treatments for fat loss, body toning, and improving endurance.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Collaborate with dietitians, doctors, and wellness coaches to ensure a holistic approach.
  • Maintain accurate client records and report progress.
  • Educate and motivate clients on proper techniques and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
  • 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred (wellness/fitness center experience is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to create goal-oriented, tailored fitness/wellness programs.
  • Passion for health, rehabilitation, and client success.
  • Freshers with a strong interest in fitness and rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.
