**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Online Consultations & Rehabilitation Planning**:

- Conduct **one-on-one virtual consultations** with users.
- Design and recommend **tailored exercise and rehabilitation plans** based on user needs and program objectives.
- Support internal initiatives such as the **Lifestyle Management Program**, **Maternity Program**, and other wellness offerings.
- **Program Support & Content Development**:

- Collaborate with the health and wellness team to develop **program materials**, including exercise templates, activity plans, quizzes, and webinar content.
- Provide physiotherapy expertise to enhance **user engagement and program effectiveness**.
- **Physiotherapy Center Mapping & Data Management**:

- Maintain and update a comprehensive **Pan-India physiotherapy center database**.
- Record and verify **pricing, services, and contact details** in the Visits Master Sheet.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates for operational efficiency.

**Required Skills & Qualities**:

- Strong knowledge of **physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation, and exercise planning**:

- Excellent **verbal communication and virtual consultation** skills
- Strong **attention to detail** for data entry and record management
- Proactive, organized, and able to **work independently in a remote setup**:

- Comfortable using **digital tools and online platforms**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)** from a recognized institution
- **1-2 years** of relevant experience in physiotherapy practice or online consultations
- Experience in **wellness, preventive health, or telehealth programs** is preferred
